If you are a seller, we will also need information about the goods and products you plan to sell through the platform as well as information about your sales and transactions on Etradn.com.

If you are a buyer, we will also need information about the goods and products you might be interested in purchasing through the platform as well as any information or preferences related to your purchases.

• If Etradn.com successfully certifies you as a blogger or influencer, we may also gather your live stream videos, your social media account names and profile pictures, as well as posts or comments made by other Platform users, in addition to the data described above;

• You will be requested for certain payment details in order to facilitate transactions, purchases, and payments on the Platform. To facilitate the sale and purchase as well as the settlement of the purchase price of the goods or services transacted on or obtained through the Platform, this may include bank account numbers, billing and delivery information, credit/debit card numbers, expiration dates, security code, and tracking information from checks or money orders;

Please be aware that Buyers and/or Sellers may make complaints about the goods and services on the platform as well as disputes between Buyers and Sellers. In these cases, we shall process data that Buyers and/or Sellers have supplied to us that is pertinent to the disputes or complaints filed. In the event that the individual(s) has (have) given their explicit consent for their data to be shared with us for the purposes of handling the complaints and/or settling the disputes, this may include health data of end-users (which may include minors as applicable) of products purchased on the Platform in the extent relevant to the disputes or complaints that are being reviewed by the Platform.

• Any information you provide to the Platform for publishing may be published publicly on the Platform and therefore available to anyone with access to the internet. When selecting the information you submit to us for publishing, please use caution.

• We may ask for access to, and you may give us, contents stored on your devices, including but not limited to contacts in your address book, photos, videos, and/or other files, in order to facilitate your use of the services offered on the Platform (including on websites and/or mobile applications). We may need access to your camera and/or microphone if you are using our communication tools on the Platform (especially if you are using voice communication), and we may record your audio.
